Withdrawals requested in writing more than 14 days prior to the start of the event are eligible for a full refund.

Withdrawals less than 14 days prior to the start of the registered program or event are not eligible for a refund.

Program Cancellations

From time to time, Racquet Network may have to cancel programs. In such cases members will receive a full refund.
